Betty founded the company after years of owning and managing investment properties. Throughout her experience as a property owner, she has successfully owned, operated, and sold multiple types of property including commercial retail buildings, storage facilities, and a mobile home park.
Betty’s firsthand knowledge of property ownership provides valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities involved in maintaining and operating investment properties. She understands the importance of maintaining property value, managing tenants effectively, and coordinating reliable maintenance.
As owner, she oversees property operations, vendor coordination, maintenance management, and owner relationships, ensuring each property receives attentive and reliable management.
Megan Whitney– Co-owner/ Accounting & Financial Operations
Megan manages the accounting and financial operations of the company. With a strong educational background in accounting, she is responsible for financial reporting, rent tracking, bookkeeping, and owner statements.
Megan’s attention to detail helps ensure accurate financial records and clear communication for property owners. She works closely with the operations side of the business to maintain organized financial systems and dependable reporting.
Together, the mother–daughter team combines practical real estate ownership experience with strong financial management to provide dependable and well-organized property management services.
